Recent changes

Stock, EU VAT and invoices tailored to you

Track product stock, apply VAT for other countries, use decimal quantities and customise your invoice PDFs.

This update gives you more control without making invoicing harder: keep track of available product stock, invoice EU clients with the relevant VAT rate, and enter precise quantities when you need them. You can also make the PDF look more like your business.

New

  • Simple stock control: turn it on in your catalogue, enter the available units for each product and let Invoo update them when you issue an invoice.
  • VAT for sales to other EU countries: when invoicing a client in another country, choose the country and its VAT rate. Invoo shows it separately on the invoice so it is clear.
  • Decimal quantities: you can now enter quantities such as 0.5 or 1.25 when adding products or services to an invoice.
  • Customise your invoice PDF: choose the font, add a header or your logo, and adjust colours and other visual details.

Get paid with Stripe: card, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA

You can now collect invoice payments online with Stripe, settings are better organised, and we fixed automatic invoice sending.

Getting paid is now much more direct: connect your own Stripe account and let your clients pay by card, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA straight from the invoice, without leaving it. It is optional — you switch it on — and the money is paid directly into your Stripe account. Invoo charges a 0.5% fee on each payment successfully collected; if a payment does not complete, there is no fee. We've also tidied up settings so everything is easier to find.

New

  • Stripe payments: connect your account and send a digital payment request from the invoice. Your clients pay by card, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA, without leaving it. It is optional and the money goes straight to your Stripe account; Invoo charges a 0.5% fee on each payment successfully collected.

Improved

  • Settings reorganised: we reordered settings so you can find each option faster and with fewer clicks.

Fixed

  • Automatic invoice sending: fixed an issue that prevented some invoices from being sent automatically.

Easier expenses, clearer PDF

A simpler expense form, a more readable invoice PDF, and a fix in the gestoría connection flow.

We keep polishing the day-to-day: logging an expense takes less effort, your invoice PDFs are easier to read, and connecting with your gestoría works without surprises again.

Invoo in 9 languages and per-client communication

Your account and your invoices now speak each client's language.

If you work with clients in different countries or regions, this saves you time every week. The language is set on the client record: when you send an invoice or a reminder, Invoo writes it in their language without you having to think about it.

New

  • Invoo available in 9 languages: Spanish, English, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Catalan, Euskara and Romanian. Switch the dashboard language and export invoices in any of them.
  • Per-client language: assign each client the language they receive their invoices and Invoo emails in. No more manual translation.

Due dates, templates and fixes

Better invoice date control, reusable comment templates, and a couple of fixes.

13 days after launch, we're shipping improvements every week. These additions come from specific requests from users who are already using Invoo day to day.

New

  • Per-invoice price override: edit a catalogue item's amount directly on the invoice line. The original catalogue price stays unchanged.
  • Invoice comment template: save a comment block and reuse it across future invoices without retyping it.
  • Invoice due date: set a payment deadline on each invoice for clearer payment tracking.

Fixed

  • Stripe payment screen: users were seeing the account management screen instead of the paywall. Now shows the correct screen.
  • Improved document organisation based on whether Verifactu or TicketBAI is enabled.

First week changes

Invoice improvements and fixes based on early-user feedback.

A week after launch, several users sent us detailed feedback about how they're using Invoo day to day. Here's what we changed based on it.

New

  • IBAN on invoices: add your payment details directly to the PDF your client sees.
  • Free comment field on invoices: any note the client should see.
  • Line item description: now visible on each invoice line.

Improved

  • Tax calculation engine refined under the hood: more precise breakdowns for IVA, IGIC (Canary Islands), IPSI (Ceuta & Melilla) and IRPF.

Fixed

  • Number series builder: fixed a bug with custom formats.
  • Small UI and performance fixes.
